The living space is located on the second floor which features: 🔸A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a touch screen refrigerator, water/ice machine, stocked kitchen cookware, utensils, and an intimate dining table for 4. 🔸Luxurious sitting room with a balcony that overlooks the Olympic Mountains. 🔸Large sleep-over room that includes a sectional sofa, large smart TV, and 4 memory foam twin-size beds. 🔸Spa-like bathroom with updated features. 🔸The main bedroom contains a queen-size canopy bed frame. The floor level of this loft includes: 🔸1 Washroom, equipped with washer and dryer. 🔸Open-concept game room and a fully-equipped onsite gym and infrared sauna. Backyard fun includes: 🔸Fenced backyard, fireplace with seating for 6, trampoline, hammock, and gas grill Note: The grill and hammock are put away during the winter season. It is available April - October. Our listing overlooks part of the golf course, along with mountains view of Mt.Ellinor and Mt.Rose. Our Family Friendly neighborhood has strict quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Though we are close to lake Cushman and lake Kokanee, you will need a vehicle to get around. The clubhouse which has basketball, tennis, and golf amenities are within walking distance. ▪️This living area is located on the second floor. ▪️The BBQ grill and outdoor hammock are put away during the winter season. Available April - October. ▪️There is onsite EV charging with a Tesla charger. ▪️A replacement fee will be charged if the guest pass is not returned. ▪️This is not a party house.
