Country Retreat/ Patio Apartment/Lower level

Lower level of house with separate entrance. 1000 sq. feet with living room, kitchen with eat in area, bedroom and bathroom with large walk-in shower. Patio area with porch swing, very private and a grill for your use. Living room has a fireplace with gas logs and a desk large enough to accommodate working from home. There is also washer and dryer and wifi included. We do accept extended stays and our pricing adjusts with it. The space Our place is a quiet retreat. It has all the amenities of home. While sitting on the swing on the patio you sometimes see bunnies and deer walking across the backyard. Cosmo, the dog always welcomes you when you have been away. The inside is quiet and comfortable. There is a large sofa to get cozy while watching TV and also a large desk in case you need to work from home. There is a small kitchen but it has a fullsize refridge and a table for four. The bathroom feels like being in a spa with its large walk-in shower. Many of our guest have stayed for a month or more. Guest access We do have a dog named Cosmo. He is very friendly. He may bark at first but will get to know you very quickly. He has enjoyed getting to know our guests. We ask that you do not give him treats unless approved thru us. Thanks. Other things to note There is double parking space for airbnb guests.
