It is located within a VERY short walk to The Waverly Local, Wild Flour Bakery, Standard Deluxe,& Fig&Wasp Antiques. An easy 10 to 15 mile drive to Auburn University, RTJ Golf course, Gogue Preforming Arts Center and Downtown Opelika and & Auburn. It is also next door to our other Airbnb "The Historic Waverly Railroad House" in case you have a longer guest list! The space This charming, well-constructed house was built in the early 1950s. The Standard Deluxe music stage which is about 400 feet to the west! It is within 15 miles of one the RTJ Golf courses & Auburn Football & Auburn University. Lake Martin is about 30 mins. west of Waverly. Close to the action but a quiet place to stay! *NOTE This is a very old home located at the edge of the woods in the town of Waverly. While we work VERY hard to keep it bug free , a bug may sneak in the occasional spider or insect is inevitable here. ***This is not owned by a corporate hotel chain.
