Private Bed & Shared Bath w/Mini-fridge & Free Bus

Summit Co. Short Term Permit: BCA-43757 Our home is a 2 mile walk from Main St. There's a FREE public bus stop across the street. We're 1.4 miles from the gondola & blocks from a market, rec. center , skate park and hiking, biking & ski trails. Our home is great because it is very close to all the wonderful activities people come to Breckenridge to experience. We are knowledgeable w/ Breck's current events. Our home is good for couples, business travelers & individuals. The space This room is very comfortable and on the ground floor. It has lots of storage (large closet w/hangers) and multiple dressers for long-term travelers. Guest access There is no laundry room access. The bathroom(s) are shared on the first floor. We have shampoo, conditioner, body wash (in the shower), blower dryer (under the sink) and lotion on the counter for your convenience. There is a shared pool, two hot tubs & a sauna across the street. STARTING MARCH 1, 2018 THIS IS *ONLY* AVAILABLE TO GUESTS WHO STAY 30+ DAYS WITH US. There is also horseshoe, tennis, volleyball & basketball courts that you're more than welcome to utilize also, depending the time of year you stay with us. As an alternative, the Rec Center (less than 1.5 miles from our house) has multiple hot tubs (in and outside) a large pool and many other amenities. It is also on the free bus route. *WE ENCOURAGE EVERYONE COMING TO BRECK TO CONSIDER TAKING A SHUTTLE FROM DIA (CHEAPER THAN RENTING A CAR: PEAK 1 EXPRESS, SUMMIT STAGE, CME, ETC.) TO OUR HOME OR TO THE TRANSFER STATION. MOST PEOPLE DON'T USE THEIR VEHICLES AT OUR HOME SINCE WERE ON THE FREE BUS ROUTE AND THIS MAKES PARKING/SNOW STORAGE MUCH EASIER YEAR-ROUND.* Other things to note *Our home has 4 rooms that we rent out for AirBnb. At any given time you might be the only reservation or sharing the space with other vetted travelers.*
