We are located midway between Old Town Cottonwood and Jerome (just 4 miles from both). Clarkdale is an historic mining town that once housed the smelter for the Jerome mines. Sedona is an easy 25 minute drive, and Prescott just an hour away.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. The space This corner studio apartment is a real gem! Windows on the south and west walls, looking over the town park and toward Cleopatra Hill and the town of Jerome. This is our most recent renovation and my current favorite apartment. It is perfect for couples. It shares a second floor entry patio with apartment #203. We love dogs and used to allow them without restriction. Unfortunately, our experience has been mixed. The few irresponsible dog owners have caused so much disruption and damage, that we now allow dogs only on request and we require an additional $75 payment per stay. Guest access In addition to your apartment, you also have the use of the view deck, the shaded patio and hammocks below it, the second story reading lounge, and the gardens. Please feel free to walk around and make yourself at home.
