Comfortable holiday home in quiet village setting

It was once a stables, and is now a self contained cabin with its own outdoor seating and parking space right by the front door. Inside you’ll find a comfortable double bedroom with wooden blinds, black-out curtains and cotton sheets to help you have a good night’s rest. Next to the bedroom is a modern wet-room with power shower. The separate living area has a small kitchen at one end, with sink, double hob, combi microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle, toaster, air-fryer and cafetière. At the other end is a cosy seating area with a comfy sofa and TV. From there, french doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the garden and countryside beyond. The balcony enjoys the best of the morning sun, and is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast. The popular village pub is a ten minute walk away, and it’s a short drive to Atlantic Village, where you’ll find many shops and supermarkets. This is a quiet and tranquil spot* a perfect place to do nothing or use as a base to explore beautiful North Devon. * We are right next to open fields in the heart of rural Devon, and on occasion we have visits from various members of the wildlife community. For us, this is all part of living in the countryside but if this doesn’t sound up up your street, this may not be the place for you! Guest access The Sparrows will be all yours, including the gravelled parking space beside the front door, the balcony and the little seating area by the gate.
