There is still plenty of soft grassy space in the fenced backyard for your dogs! Inside, the freshly renovated interior is an inviting place to relax. Challenge the family to a game of shuffleboard, or watch the game on the 65" big screen while seated on the luxury real leather sofa. The space Our fully stocked beach house will have everything you need as your home away from home on the Island. Fully renovated in 2022, along with a new heated pool and hot tub in 2022, make this the perfect place to unwind while on vacation. The beach is only a block away, and we provide everything you'll need during your stay. Dog friendly! We allow up to two (well behaved) pups, and we don't charge a pet fee! Sorry, dogs only. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook meals along with a dishwasher. The living room has a 65" smart TV, stylish seating, and a professional 12' shuffleboard table that will have your family challenging each other all night long. The couch converts into a bed roughly the size of a king. Please note, this takes the total number of guests from ten to 12, but the two sleeping on the couch would not have a private bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, twin bunk beds, and a private bathroom with double vanity. There is a pack-n-play in the closet in case you are bringing the little ones. Bedroom two is the place for the kids. Two twin bunk beds (total of four twins) along with a flat screen smart TV make this the place to be. Bedroom three has a king bed along with a smart TV. All bedrooms are on the third floor, and bedrooms #2 and #3 share the hall bathroom with tub/shower combo. The washer/dryer is located in the garage. The three car garage has all the space you'll need for your toys, but we've left plenty of beach items (chairs, wagon, sand toys, etc.) so you don't have to haul them in your car. The highlight of the property is the 15x30 pool and hot tub, located in the fully fenced backyard. Multiple palm trees remind you of the tropical climate while casting shade on your relaxation. Guest access You will have private and exclusive access to the entire property, including the fenced backyard with 15x30 pool and hot tub. Other things to note - Please note that the pool is only heated upon prior request. Because of the enormous electric bills we do not heat the pool if no one is going to use it. Pools on South Padre are heated with electric heaters which don't work when the temperature drops under 50 degrees outside. The hot tub will heat up to 104 in about 20 minutes. The pool is set to 84 degrees. But keep in mind turning on the hot tub will divert all hot water away from the pool for three hours, causing the pool temperature to drop. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE CONTROLS ON THE POOL HEATER! - Only overnight guests listed in your reservation can be on any part of the property during your stay, even if it is just to use the pool. - No fireworks allowed on the property. - No parties. No smoking anywhere on the property. No drugs/law breaking. No breaking noise ordinance. This is a family place! Anyone found breaking the rules will be removed from the property without a refund.
