Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located flat. The space The flat is located at the end of a quiet private road. A short 5 minute walk takes you to the heart of Merano, its medieval arcades (“Lauben”) with their many shops, the thermal baths (“Therme”), the Kurhaus and the theatre. The central location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area on foot. The main railway station is also a stone’s throw away. From here you can travel to various places of interest either by train or bus. Our 60 m2 holiday flat was completely renovated in summer 2021. The flat is located on the ground floor and has a cosy bedroom, a spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a new bathroom and a hall. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and can thus be used as an additional bedroom for an additional adult person or for 2 children. A door from the kitchen leads down a few steps to the private garden area, where you can make the most of the sunshine on nice days and enjoy a quiet meal. A private covered parking space is available to guests. The flat has been furnished with great attention to detail and a penchant for mid-century vintage design. Other things to note Due to the maximum number of beds stipulated by the "South Tyrolean bed stop", a maximum of 3 adults and one child under 14 years or 2 adults and 2 children (one of whom may be older than 14 years) may be accommodated in our holiday flat. In South Tyrol, as in many other tourist regions around the world, the tourist tax has been a legal requirement for many years. This amounts to €2.20 per person per night and is collected separately.
