From the landscaped private patio, you are surrounded by NATURAL DESERT LANDSCAPE, where you will enjoy views of the unbelievable MOAB RIM and the splendor of Moab's captivating sunsets. Sunset View is a townhome decorated in the southwestern style of understated elegance and is comfortably appointed with the expected attention to detail. The Saltillo tile floors reflect true southwestern tradition. You will feel right at home as you cook in the well-equipped kitchen or grill on the patio. Enjoy the convenience of our one car garage for storing your gear. Take a short hike up the road and check out the Anasazi Petroglyphs then take a dip in the sparkling seasonal swimming pool. MOAB is the unofficial ''MOUNTAIN BIKING CAPITAL OF THE WORLD''. Two famous national parks - ''ARCHES'' and ''CANYONLANDS'' are a short drive from town, and the beautiful ''DEAD HORSE POINT,'' Utah State Park is a short drive also. Conveniently close to the SPANISH TRAILS ARENA for equestrian events, Gem Shows, etc.. Other Activities: 4x4 Off-Road Jeeping, Hummer and ATV rentals, Scenic Byways, Helicopter Tours, Winery Nearby, Dead Horse Point nearby, Canyonlands National Park nearby, Arches National Park nearby, White Water Rafting, Skydiving, Slickrock Trails, and Indian Dwelling Exploration There will be a $20 per night per pet fee for any reported pet/s. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee. Dogs only for pets; cats, etc., are not permitted, unfortunately. Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee. Sunset View has access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access the swimming pool. Guest access All of our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance through your Airbnb portal as well as via email once booked. All of our units have either a lock-box by the front door or digital locks on the doors. Other things to note Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
