Spacious circular driveway offers plenty of free parking. Self check-in via keypad provides easy access upon arrival. Other things to note The 4000 acre Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort is quite large, with many connecting unpaved roads. We recommend copying the location directions and following them carefully. Cell service is very limited in the area but you will have full internet access and cell booster once you reach the cabin. Please note: our unpaved roads are not plowed. During the off season (mid November - mid March) it can be difficult or impossible to navigate depending on snowfall, even with 4WD and a high clearance vehicle. Also, as the snow melts it creates very slippery mud. It is important to be aware of weather conditions when making plans for this time of year! Because weather is sometimes unpredictable, we do allow cancellations/refunds up to the day of your trip - during off season only - due to weather conditions.
