Chrysothemis Villas are located in the north-eastern part of Zakynthos, just a few minutes’ drive away from the golden sandy beach of Alykes and many nice bars and restaurants. Our spacious villa with two pools is the ideal place for families or big group of friends who want to stay in a secluded location, whilst being close to one of the best touristic resorts of Zakynthos. The space This listing includes the whole building, which consists of two private villas (one next to each other): Electra & Iphigeneia. Each of the two villas measures 120 square meters and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests (16 guests in total). Each villa features 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and a spacious open plan living room - kitchen area. There are 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and two kitchen - living room areas (whatever you see on the interior photos, is essentially double) 1st bedroom: king size bed (1,60m width) 2nd bedroom: king size bed (1,60m width) 3rd bedroom: 2 single beds And three more bedrooms, exactly the same as the first three of the first villa: 4th bedroom: king size bed (1,60m width) 5th bedroom: king size bed (1,60m width) 6th bedroom: 2 single beds Moreover, 4 folding guest beds can be placed on the spacious living rooms (or on the bedrooms, if you would prefer that), to accommodate 4 more guests in total (2 on each living room). Each of the two villas is equipped with: * Smart TV * Bed linen, Bath & Pool towels * 24hr hot water * Air conditioning on all areas * Bathroom Products * Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cooking utensils) * Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster * Washing machine * Dishwasher * Wi-Fi internet access (indoors and outdoor areas) * Private Parking (with entrance gate) * Car/motorbike/bicycle rental arrangements upon request * Brick full BBQ There is an ample outdoor area & two swimming pools with plenty of space for kids to play (the whole complex is fenced) and outdoor seating areas & sunbeds. Cleaning will be provided every 3 days (including chaning the bed sheets & bed linen). Guest access FULL PRIVACY - BOTH VILLAS: The whole building you see on the photos and all the facilities are available for the exclusive use of our guests. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out time: we will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as I need to allow them to check out and prepare the villa for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the villa will usually be ready by 3pm. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the villa if no other guests are arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
