We clean the upholstery monthly to keep our property in tip top shape. We have no carpet in the home so the home stays sparkling clean. - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. HEATED POOL - BY BOOKING GUESTS AGREE TO POOL WAIVER AND RULES **Pool heating is REQUIRED October through April. $50/daily** This is not a profit center. The small daily fee helps cover the energy costs & pool heater maintenance. We do not turn the heater on and off. It is more efficient to heat the entire pool and keep it heated. This keeps the cost down in comparison to other Airbnb pools (similar pools are $50-$95 to heat daily). *Pool heater is set comfortably at 84-88 degrees (depending on the month). *Pool heating will be billed after booking & for the ENTIRE STAY. *Pool does not need to be heated mid to late May through mid September. *Pool is serviced twice weekly. Usually Sundays/Mondays & Thursdays/Fridays. (Times subject to change) Have fun traveling to Sunny Scottsdale! Guest access GUESTS have EXCLUSIVE access to the ENTIRE home, pool area, and yard. Other things to note Bedroom #4 is located off the common area. A private nook with privacy curtains. Plenty of parking in the wrap around driveway and regular driveway (enough for 4 cars). Please only park up to four cars at the house. If you have extra cars there is a grocery store parking lot a quick 2 minute walk around the corner. That way the street stays clear of cars. Thank you.
