It is a perfect retreat for 2 couples or a small family with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The back yard is inviting and spacious with a small fire pit and gas BBQ. The ocean is easy to get to with access directly down the street. This home has 2 TVs, WIFI, streaming TV, and is pet-friendly. There are thoughtful and fun additions throughout the property to make you feel at ease and at home the minute you arrive. As of December 2023, the road between Tierra Del Mar and Pacific City is closed due to a landslide. This home is still accessible from the North but is at least 20 miles from any services like restaurants, grocery, or gas stations. This makes for an especially secluded stretch of beach, but also might require some additional planning. It is not known when the road will be repaired. Learn more here. There are several quiet lanes lined with both historic cabins and larger beach homes that all lead to direct beach access. All homes in Tierra Del Mar are a quick, easy walk to the beach. The beach here is quiet and long—beachcombers can walk for hours down this lengthy stretch that is relatively undiscovered. It is a good spot for beachcombers who often find agates and Japanese glass floats. Sandlake Dunes recreation area is 4 miles to the north. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night . Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended. Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms. The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation. Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
