The space This oasis is right in the heart of San Diego, yet far-removed from the hustle and bustle of city living. Our updated, luxury condo has been fantastically designed with a classic-meets-modern/industrial aesthetic. ***OUR HOME IS CLEANED & DISINFECTED TO CDC STANDARDS AFTER EACH GUEST.*** ***Extended stays (over 30 days) are available, please submit an inquiry.*** The bedrooms feature a queen-size 12" memory foam bed, custom-designed furniture pieces, and plenty of drawer and closet space. Each room comfortably accommodates two and there is a single, shared bathroom for the condo. You will always be comfortable with the central heating and air conditioning system (a rare amenity in San Diego homes). There are flatscreen TVs throughout the condo with AppleTVs and access to log into your own account on Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, MAX, and many others apps/channels you may want to watch. You will have access to our ultra-high-speed wireless Internet Access (400Mbps Downlink/400Mbps Uplink). Our kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with all the cooking utensils you will need to prepare food, cook, and bake! Plus we are only three blocks from 2 grocery stores. Our entire condo is keyless access. Guest access You will have full access to our San Diego condo and common areas of the complex. The condo is a single bathroom initial shampoo/conditioner and soap/body wash are provided at the start of your stay. Hairdryer, ironing board, iron, and laundry are available in-unit. Other things to note Street parking in the area is free. Only one parking space for the unit. Please note that the complex has security cameras that monitor the exterior of the building and outdoor common areas. Our front door has a Ring (smart doorbell with security camera).
