Guest Suite has common wall with main house, but they have totally separated access, a kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 nightstands, private bathroom, full size closet, living area, sofa, HDTV, dedicated working desk, dinning table, and more. Washer and Dryer (Shared with other guests) located at garage. Please No parking in garage. We are located in very convenient location. Restaurant and stores (Starbucks, Stater Bros, In N Out, Target, etc.) are within 5 minutes distances. Guest access Guest Entrance is on the side of the house (east side of the house) through the wooden gate. Private and separate from the main house. Access to the garage for use of washer and dryer (shared with main house guest) Other things to note Stove is not on side. We have a microwave.
