The unit itself is at the back, on the second floor, so you will need to climb stairs (approximately 10 steps). Upon arrival, we will warmly welcome you and give you the keys so that you can use the property immediately. If you arrive before check-in time, use of the space would be subject to availability. If it is not available, you can store your luggage. The apartment is ideal for 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed, TV, and a fan in case it gets hot. It also has 1 full bathroom with 24-hour hot water, and basic utilities (water, electricity, internet). When you leave the room, there is an area where you can enjoy breakfast, have a glass of wine, etc. In addition, upstairs, there is an exceptional terrace with an incredible view of the city and the Santo Domingo Cathedral. If you get hungry, this area has a mini grill, and just a few steps away there is a break room where you can use an electric grill, cooking utensils, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There is also a large armchair where you can lie down and rest for a while. We have board games, books, and storybooks that you can use to enjoy a fun time with family and/or friends. As for parking, since the property is located in the historic center, there is no parking space on the premises; however, you can park your vehicle on the street without any problem. Food service is available; if you would like a specific dish, please feel free to ask us. At the end of your stay, you can leave the keys at the property or hand them over in person.
