This charming Mews house is the perfect spot for your stay in Edinburgh. Hidden away down a peaceful cobbled lane you can escape the hubbub of the city and relax. On a sunny day you can sit out the front with your morning coffee or perhaps a glass of wine in the evening! It's located in the heart of the new town, only a short walk to St Andrews Square and the new St James Centre. Enjoy the buzz of the city from the peace of this home The space Our mews house is the ideal place to enjoy all Edinburgh has to offer whilst having a peaceful place to come back to. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms there is space for everyone and no queue for bathrooms! The open plan has comfortable sofas and a new copper kitchen with all the equipment you will need to cook up a storm. There is even a steam oven and proving drawer for those wanting to do some baking! Alternatively you are just streets away from some of the best food and drink Edinburgh can offer. The master bedroom has a hastens superking bed, it's own bath, toilet and walk in wardrobe. it also has a 49" smart TV with Netflix, Amazon etc. The second bedroom has a King sized bed with an ensuite shower room. These upstairs rooms also have ceiling fans to keep you cool during the summer months. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and ample hanging space. There is a shower room next door to this bedroom. We have a fully equipped utility room with separate washing machine and dryer, along with a fridge freezer. The open plan has a 55" Smart TV with a sonos sound bar which you can connect your phone to if you would like to listen to your own music. We also have LED lighting if you are up for a boogie!
