Close to everything, its excellent market, the beach and the town center with all its amenities. Three bedrooms, a large living room, and a kitchen in a unique and beautiful space, three interior terraces, and a large upper terrace. Your best beach vacation, with your family or friends, starts here! The space The house has three bedrooms, all with natural light and two of them with access to one of the terraces. Two bedrooms have double beds and one of them has a large single bed. There is also the possibility of an extra single bed on request. Other things to note When you formalize your reservation, we'll send you a link to a custom page for easy check-in for guests. The Spanish legislation obliges the tourist accommodations to collect the information of all the guests who will be staying. The booking platforms do not provide this information to us, so we must request it directly. In order to expedite this process, we offer you an online registration system. Through the link we will send you, you can register guests quickly and easily, scanning their IDs. On this same page, you can also check your reservation details, get information about the check-in and key collection process, and access recommendations for local services and points of interest. If you prefer not to use online registration, you can register guests and pick up the keys in person at our offices on the day of your arrival, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Important: Price based on number of guests and mandatory check-in The price of the apartment is calculated based on the number of guests indicated in the reservation. It is important that the number of guests indicated is the actual number. In addition to affecting the price, current regulations require that all guests staying at the property be registered and reported to the authorities, so we need to know the exact number of guests prior to check-in. If, in the end, more people than initially indicated are going to stay, you just need to update the number of guests in the reservation before check-in.
