Muse cottage at Hidden Passage is an original mid-century “jackrabbit” homestead cottage, with an indoor/outdoor bathroom with slipper tub, barn windows, outdoor shower, AC, WiFi, Smart TV and more. A large studio space with kitchenette (mini-fridge, cooktop and microwave), Muse has rustic ambiance and character. Bring your dog! Discover outdoor soaking tubs tucked away in “secret” areas within Hidden Passage, along with charming picnic tables, serene meditation spots, artistic flourishes and incredible night skies for awesome star-gazing opportunities. Hidden Passage is ideal for a romantic getaway, a nature retreat with friends, or for the solo traveler looking for a safe place to relax and refresh. Many guests tell us they never want to leave the property because there is so much to see and do right here! If you do want to venture out, Hidden Passage is often described as “at the center of everything” within the desert area. You’ll be within easy reach of additional entertainment, diverse hiking trails, restaurants, and exciting adventures in Morongo Valley, Joshua Tree National Park, Pioneertown, Palm Springs and the entire Coachella Valley. A few things to note: · Due to weather conditions, in winter months the pool shade sails and sails at cottages depicted in some of the photos may be taken down. · Because the pool is solar-heated, the prime “swimming season” is usually from May through September. While the pool remains open year-round, it may be too cool for comfortable swimming outside of these months. · To ensure a peaceful environment, Hidden Passage is an adults-only retreat; we do not accommodate guests under 18. However, our other Panorama Pass properties – Chateau Sonoma Suites and Chateau Merlot - warmly welcome families with children. No fires allowed. Smoking outside only. Internet service is provided by a Frontier internet, a reliable provider. However we can not guarantee the speed or availability of internet service. The High Desert occasionally has power outages. We are not responsible for any general outages planned or emergency of Southern California Edison. Cell tower service is generally not available in the Hidden Passage canyon. However, we have Wi-Fi so can do Wi-fi calling, Whats App. We do our best to ensure proactive pest control practices are in place. However due to the natural terrain, you may encounter unwanted pests. Dogs are welcome. A Pet fee will be charged as follows: first pet $35, $25 for each additional pet.
