The cosy little cottage offers comfort, privacy and close proximity to the city highlights. The cottage is at the rear of a terrace with garden and outside sitting area. It is in very close proximity to Darby street and The Junction restaurants, cafes and shops, Centennial Park, and Bar Beach. The city, harbour and multiple other beaches are within walking distance. You are within walking distance to the University of Newcastle Law and Business Faculty and Law Courts. The space The cottage has stairs that are a little steep ( not suitable for elderly and small children)that lead to a separate bedroom, working area. There is a queen size bed and double bed upstairs and a desk. Downstairs the cottage has the living area with lounge room , dining table, washing machine and kitchen. Kitchen has a microwave, cooktop, fridge as well as all utensils.The bathroom is also downstairs and offers a shower and toilet. There is a small courtyard in the garden and a clothes line nearby. BBQ available on request. Guest access Guests can access BBQ and clothes line. There is WIFI and airconditioning in cottage. Other things to note The in ground spa is not for use by guests.
