This bright two-room apartment without a kitchen has just been renovated with external finishes in Conero stone and is in one of the most exclusive alleys in the village, a few steps from the square overlooking the sea and Conero. In addition to this, there are 2 other similar and independent rental units in the entire property. Each can accommodate up to 4 people, is equipped with the necessary items to prepare delicious breakfasts, WiFi, air conditioning and free parking reserved for guests. The space The two-room apartment is very spacious and bright, located on the second floor accessible via a large internal staircase with access to the first floor of a recently renovated historic building, ideal for couples with children or groups of friends up to 4 beds. It consists of a double bedroom, a second room, designed as a mini SPA and a large and refined bathroom. The double bedroom has a queen-size bed, a single sofa bed, air conditioning, a mini bar, a kettle with tea assortment, a coffee machine with pods, a toaster and a table with chairs for breakfast or small take-out meals. It is also equipped with practical nightstands, a large wardrobe and a Smart TV with the possibility of accessing Netflix, Prime Video, Youtube, etc... In the second room, there is a very comfortable sofa bed and a chest of drawers with direct access to the bathroom. This room has been designed to also be used as a relaxation area or a mini spa, equipped with light effects, essential oil diffuser, Bluetooth speaker and the essentials (Japanese futon, massage oil and aromatic fragrances) to exchange a pleasant massage, welcomed by a seductive atmosphere. The bathroom, accessible from the SPA area, has a spacious and modern walk-in shower, hairdryer and WELCOME KIT including body wash, shampoo and body cream. Free Wi-Fi is also available for guests, with Fiber Optic up to 100 Mbps, perfect for video calls, downloading very large files and browsing social media, or simply watching a movie. Given the scarcity of free parking in the city center, we give our guests the option to take advantage of a free reserved parking space located near the property. For families with small children, we are happy to offer a comfortable camping CRIB available during your stay. We also provide nightly bedding and a set of three towels for each guest.
