With the main amenities of the "standard" hotel and prices compatible with vacation homes of the same quality. Therefore, we do not have breakfast, room service, daily cleaning, daily replacement of linen, table, bath or replacement of cleaning supplies (toilet paper/floor cloths/dish cloths, etc.). You will receive your accommodation stocked with: top quality bed and bath linen and enough cleaning and hygiene items for up to 3 nights. There will be no replenishment of these items. Quick cleaning (50 to 60 minutes) in the middle of the stay (every 2 or 3 days) will only be available free of charge for reservations from 4 (four) nights (if the guest asks our manager and places the warning sign on the door handle). For reservations of less than 4 (four) nights, cleaning can be done at the cost of: R$30.00 (Suite and Studios Aurora 1A and Brisa 1B), R$40.00 (Flats Acqua 4B and 5B), R$50,00 (Flat Essência 6 and Chalé Solarium). Our team will not do dishes. It is included in the quick cleaning: a) sweep the accommodation; b) pass cloth with disinfectant cleaning material; c) take off the garbage; d) sanitize the toilet seat; e) tidy the beds. For heavier cleanings and/or need to wash dishes, please contact our manager and arrange values and schedules. Our guests are demanding and have a high standard of quality. Never reserve a location "just for the price", on the grounds that "it's just for sleep". They know that bathing and sleep, especially after a beach day, are the most delicious moments of the day. In addition, they know that being in a brand new accommodation, well decorated, well frequented, clean, without mold, with acoustic treatment, air conditioning, cordial service, with everything working and close to everything, it is definitely not a place exclusively "just to sleep"... PARAGA Car: Details of the positioning of the spaces of our private internal parking will be explained at the check in. Only the Standard Concha 5A Suite does not have an internal parking space, but it is not difficult to park in front of or near our property. We do not have 24-hour reception and our check-ins must be arranged with our manager Sabrina (she will inform you of the instructions for the selfie check-in). LATE CHECK OUT (if the case): exit at 16h (value: 200 reais). Gentileza consult the availability BEFOREHAND because there may be a guest entering the Accommodation (checking in) on the day, at 2 pm. DIRECTIONS for check in: notify the estimated time of arrival to prepare for your check in (whether it will be personal or selfie check in) Township change: we only make for reservations from 7 (seven) nights. It is possible for the guest of reservations with less than 7 (per diems) per day, to request changes of towels at the following costs: 10 (ten) reais to the bath towel or beach and five (5) real towel face towel. Extra bathroom rug: 10 (ten) reais. We only change bed linen for reservations of 10 (ten) nights or more (the guest must request the day they prefer the change). We ask that you do not leave valuables in the accommodations. We have a chest with a key for use as a safe deposit box. It locks your eventual valuables and remain in the possession of the key until the end of your stay. Attention: the loss of the key (causing or not dismantling the box) has an indemnity cost of 70 (seventy) reais. I am always at your disposal. No matter the time of your Check in, courtesy, our beach service will be available for you at gate 1 of the beach, from 10 am on the day of your Check in (on the other days, it will be available from 9:00 am). Just ask our staff who will be present at the entrance of gate 1 of the beach (let them know they are guests of Casa d 'Aroeira). Our shower at the condominium entrance will also be available, as a courtesy, from 10 a.m. on the day of your check-in and 24 hours on the other days (located here in front of the condominium) We do not have an ice machine, pool, sauna, game room, or any leisure or common coexistence area. Our place is UNIQUE. Vc will not find another, with the same characteristics, in the region. It is part of a large house, Casa d 'Aroeira, composed of a charming family condominium of flats. All new newly built and decorated. All with acoustic treatment on walls, doors and windows. Rest quiet !! Do not forget that for the acoustics to work, the window leaves must be in the correct position and closed. If you have any difficulty, please contact us. We have 24-hour cameras and Scorpions armed security escort service. We are close to the trendiest restaurants, bars, pharmacies, malls, supermarket and bakery and two (2) blocks from the beach. On rainy days the beach service does not work but you can borrow our beach supplies (kindness after returning it to the same place you took). We provide bed linen: 600 Egyptian cotton yarns. We provide pillows and have wash sanitized pillow protector every stay but, if you prefer, for the sake of greater comfort, feel free to bring your own pillows. We also ask you to bring your own duvet if the weather is cold. Our beds are arranged with thick and quality matelassê bedspread but we do not provide extra blankets. We have a large cooler with wheels. We have glass and acrylic wine glasses (for the beach). We have air - hot and cold conditioning. We have WI FI (networks and passwords will be informed inside the accommodation). Our TVs are Smarts with Globoplay and possibility to put your own password to watch Netflix. We offer hygienic whippers for you to use inside the accommodation. Leave your shoes outside. We have baskets to put them on. We have a dolce gusto capsule coffee maker in all listings (Take your preferred capsules) We provide luxury standard cotton towels and beach towels. We provide basic cleaning material (toilet paper, dishwashing, amenities, etc.) for up to 3 days. There will be no replacement. Our cleaning follows strict safety standards (course by SENAC): for each reservation the accommodation is ventilated, ALL surfaces are sanitized (including remote controls, appliances and doorknobs). EVERY bed, table and bath linen is changed. Our washing is industrial. After being cleaned and sanitized, the listing is closed and no one else enters until your check in. Therefore, for your safety, the time between one reservation and another is 3 (three) hours (i.e. check out at 11 and check in from 14). Our Concha 4A and 5A Suites have a minibar, dryer and clothes washer. All accommodations have a coffee machine for Dolce Gusto capsules. We ask that the trash be placed daily in the black trash can on the inside to the right, next to the shower. Juquehy is the only beach in São Sebastião that has a shopping center with two shopping malls (and super charming!). Wonderful restaurants throughout the region, perfect for gastronomic tourism. Before you book, read the House Rules and the entire listing. Book only after you are sure of the cost benefit and ask any questions with the host. We suggest that after settling in, put on the flip-flops and the bikini/sunga and walk around the centre or a drive around the city by car. Juquehy beach is divided into "gates". Our beach service is at Gate 1 (just request at the entrance of the beach by Casa d 'Aroeira). It is super clean, well frequented and full of stalls and street vendors selling the most varied goodies. After your reservation, we will send you some tips of must-see places. Our rates are per number of guests. Therefore, make sure you made the reservation with the correct number of guests. We do not change reservation dates due to bad weather (rain, cold, etc.). Finally, for the sake of fairness and reasonableness, we ask that, when evaluating us in any application, consider whether we comply with what we announce and whether our service was cordial and appropriate to the services we propose to offer. Casadaroeira casadaroeira Guest access Do everything on foot! We are close to everything! Beach, supermarket, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, ice cream parlor, snack bars, malls! NOTE: We try to be a smoke-free area (smoke/cigarette smell). So, we kindly ask you not to smoke on our premises. Smoke often enters non-smoking accommodations (which sometimes also have children and babies) and this causes us many times. Other things to note This flat has a parking space. We kindly ask our guests not to smoke, fry or cook fish in the accommodation, as the odor is difficult to neutralize and unfairly compromises the experience of the subsequent guest.
