This cottage consists of 2 br, 1 ba, modest living area, & kitchenette equipped w/ mini-refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, & coffee maker. Private setting. Rent all 3 & have room for 12-15 guests. 5 minutes from University of the Ozarks/town Only 10 minutes to Ludwig Lake & The Ar River - 20 min to Historic Oark Cafe & the Mulberry River, 25 min to Piney Creek. The space Located 10 minutes from the Arkansas River and 20 minutes to the Ozark National Forest, Big Piney Creek, and The Mulberry River. Guest access Fishing pond next door. Johnny Boat available or ask to use the kayaks! New private 29 jet hot tub and fire pit. Other things to note We own a wedding venue next door. You may here the action but we seldom receive complaints. In the event a guest checks out and in the same day and the hot tub has to be drained the water may not rise to a comfortable temperature your first night.
