Important: our 2 cats can come visit through the balcony. Ask us before booking, if we will be home at that time. (Our flat is on the same floor) If we are not home, prerequisite for rent is that you feed our cats daily. Please confirm before booking, that you agree with caring for the cats. They don't live in your appartement, but can come visit. During Oktoberfest the appartement is reserved for couples and families. Guest access On top of the flat there is a 100 sqm roof terrace for your use. Quiet and in the center of Munich! Here you can lay undisturbed in the hammok unter a sunroof, sit comfortably together and look over the roofs. Even trampolining is possible! Other things to note The second room and TV are only included on request (+30 € per day). Prerequisite for rent (if we are not home - please ask before) is that you enjoy our 2 cats that come over from time to time. And, if we are not home to feed them daily. Please ask if we are home at the desired dates. Your appartement is a separate part of our private home, so the cupboards will contain some of our belongings, like books and dresses. You are welcome to use the cosy fireplace if you like.
