Central Heat and newly added air conditioning. (This is a No Smoking/No Pet House due to owner allergies.) Large deck area with plenty of seating for outdoor BBQs and/or just relaxing with a beverage while observing the wildlife—the occasional deer within yards of you and the resident squirrels running up and down the Trees. (We like to name them!) This is a fully furnished 3 bedroom/2 bath house with full access. We provide necessary items for your stay--i.e. bed and bath linens, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and starter shampoo, conditioner, and lotion just in case you forgot. This is our family vacation home; we are not local, however we can be easily reached with any questions, and we have local support if needed. Sunriver is a resort community with lot’s to do for all ages. Aside from all the nearby attractions and activities, our home is a great place to kick back and relax. We are located near the train tracks and our house has somewhat of a raiload theme. We love trains! The TVs have WiFi connection so you can use your favorite apps as well as cable. The TV in the Horse bedroom is for dvd only. We have a large library of DVDs, books, games, puzzles and toys. This is a family home. No smoking inside or out. No pets due to allergies. We have bikes available for guest use- several adult sizes and a couple of kids bikes. We don’t guarantee bike condition or performance. We also have a bike trailer for hauling small children. There are several bike rental shops in Sunriver to accommodate needs. Sunriver has over 33 miles of beautiful, paved and well-maintained paths. The snow is plowed all winter as well. You can get anywhere in Sunriver via bike or on foot. Our home is less than .5 mile to the Sharc aquatic facility (large indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, water slides, spray park, cafe, disc golf, plus sledding hill in winter), 1 mile to the North store in one direction or opposite 1 mile to the Sunriver Village (restaurants, coffee, shopping, market), and very close to several golf courses, tennis courts, and parks. As housekeeping schedules permit, early check-in and/or late check-out times may be available.
