COMMUNITY FEES (not included in booking price): Arrowhead Lake Community requires every rental party to pay administrative, gate and temporary membership fees. Fees are required for every stay and must be paid online 3+ days prior to arrival Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 3+ days prior to arrival): 1) Temporary Membership: $6 per person, per day. (Children under 6 are free) 2) Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay 3) Administration fee: $35 one time, per stay (Non-Refundable) NOTE: All fees must be paid 3+ days prior to arrival. Community will not accept late payments and will deny entry if you don't pay on time. We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names. Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall. Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day. TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT. Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control.
