Mail We ask that guest do not mail anything to the home, we do not have access to the mailboxes. Pool Heating Pool heating is available for $250 per day with a (2-day minimum). Please request heating 3 days in advance so we can have it ready for your stay. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $1,000 fine. No Pets Dogs or animals of any kind are not allowed on the property. Evidence of pets or violation of this rule will result in a $1,000 fine. Registered Guests Only Only the guests listed on your reservation are allowed on the property. If you plan to have additional visitors or bring more people than your confirmed guest count, please contact us in advance for approval. Unauthorized guests or exceeding the home’s capacity will result in additional charges, and a fine may be assessed. Routine Property Maintenance Please note that regular exterior maintenance services may occur during your stay. Trash pickup is every Tuesday. Pool service may take place during the day on scheduled service days. Landscaping near the property is typically scheduled on Fridays, and our landscaping team may also be maintaining the vines as needed. Service providers will only access outdoor areas and will not enter the home. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
