This four-bedroom house in Rua de Serralves is ideal for families and friends on a holiday vacation. The house has been designed with comfort and convenience at the forefront. The fully furnished property has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Parque de Serralves, Casa de Serralves), restaurants, shops and public transport! The space Welcome to my house! On the ground floor, you can access a nice living room/playroom overlooking a quiet garden furnished with a seating area to relax and enjoy the fresh air! On the first floor, you can access four spacious suites ( 1 double bed king size + 1 queen size + 1 single bed (120cm) + 2 single bed (80cm), two of which have a large balcony where you can lounge with your loved ones. On the second floor is the main living room with a kitchen and dining room, another balcony, and a large living room that lead onto the terrace with a view of the trees of the Serralves foundation. The deck is equipped with an outdoor table and a gas barbecue. Finally, you can access the laundry room with a washing machine in the basement there's also an elevator for each floor. The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
