Villa with pool near Montpellier

Our 160 m2 villa is located in a quiet village, between vineyards and scrubland, 5 km from Montpellier and 15 km from the sea. Please read the house rules and additional rules carefully! The space Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed (180 cm), and the second has a 140 cm bed. The third bedroom has 2 beds of 70 cm. The kitchen is very bright and pleasant. Air conditioning in bedrooms 1 and 3 as well as in the living/dining room/kitchen. You can eat on the terrace, which directly overlooks the kitchen. Ping pong table and rackets available. Toupie the cat will give you cuddles when you return from the beach or from hiking... Other things to note Even if the pool has an alarm, as a precaution, we do not wish to receive children UNDER 7 YEARS OLD. Children over 7 years of age must know how to swim. No barbecue in summer due to fire risks. An electric plancha is available for your use. Please do not play music outdoors, especially around the pool, out of respect for the neighborhood!
