The space This is a very tiny cozy fully-equipped basement apartment. We live upstairs with adult kids, a cat and a dog. You may occasionally hear us walking around or playing piano or guitar. Otherwise things are pretty quiet. Guest access The private entrance is along the side of our home. You will have a key to the security gate and the door to the apartment. None of the spaces are shared and you will have total privacy and use of your kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer and TV Other things to note From March through November, the chickens lay eggs. Feel free to collect them in the morning for your breakfast! We also have fresh mint and rosemary and an orange tree that produces delicious fruit year round.
