If you are visiting USC-Aiken, North Augusta or Augusta, you will enjoy staying in the cottage duplex. All the essentials will be provided. One double bed, dresser and chest of drawers, one closet, love seat, 2 rocking chairs, and kitchen essentials provided to cook and bake. Fresh sheets and linens are awaiting your arrival. The space Home was built in 1908 and the interior has been gently remodeled to keep the character on this sleepy street. Enjoy relaxing on the front screened porch, brings back memories of the past. High ceilings make for a spacious cottage. Relax in a beautiful soaker tub/or enjoy a hot shower. Internet provided to stream your favorite shows. Updated washer and dryer. Kitchen fully equipped to cook and bake. This cottage is very clean with 3 years history of great reviews. This home is heated by natural gas. It has a dial to set temperature and then a thermostate to cut off and on to maintain the temperature that you set. It is easy to use and keeps the home very warm. Guest access Feel free to park in the driveway closest to the porch or in the rear in front of the grey garage on the left side. Self check-in makes it easy to access. Other things to note Aiken is known as the Equestrian place to be. 8.6 miles to Bruce's Field at Aiken's Horse Park, 931 Powderhouse Rd, Aiken, SC 18 minutes , 9.2 miles 16 minutes, 7.9 miles to Highfields Event Center, Gaston Rd, Aiken, SC 14 minutes, 8.3 miles to 117 Stable View Dr, Aiken, SC We also have many golf courses in the area. Check out my Album of Interest to help you locate those golf course. 7 minutes, 4.2 miles to Langley Pond Park in Aiken, South Carolina which hosts triathlons, including sprint and international distance triathlons: Triathlon events The Aiken County Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department presents the Langley Pond Sprint and International Triathlons. Location Langley Pond Park is home to the world's largest pond, a 300-acre waterway surrounded by 100 acres of green space. *Also, it is an easy drive to Aiken's Grand Baseball Complex. Next to the baseball fields, there are soccer fields and a splash pad in the summer months. You can get anywhere in the CSRA in a short 15 minute trip. We are 25 minutes, 17 Miless from the Augusta National Golf Club. Many people come from far and abroad to attend the Augusta National Golf tournament the first week in April and have stayed at our cottage. We are close to USCA, downtown Aiken and a 20 minute drive to Augusta. There are movie theaters in Augusta and in Aiken.
