In this 60 m2 chalet located in a quiet and wooded subdivision close to the ocean, you will enjoy the unspoiled nature of the Landes coast. You can have lunch in the shade under a covered terrace on the south side and have an aperitif in the evening on a wooden terrace on the west side. The accommodation can accommodate 6 people, it includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. You can access the ocean, located 1 km away, by bike or pedestrian path or by free shuttle. The space This cottage is composed of a main accommodation where you have: - a fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, blender, washing machine and a dining area for 6 people - a living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi - a bathroom with hairdryer and separate toilet - 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed, closet and dresser in each On the south side terrace under the awning, you will have a garden table for 6 people, a barbecue is available. The south side wooden terrace is equipped with garden furniture. an adjoining part (studio) composed of: - one bedroom with sofa bed (140 cm bed) and 1 dresser - a separate shower room and toilet The mini terrace under the awning in front of the studio is dedicated to quiet breaks with its swing. A small space ideal for teens! You will find on site 3 duvets of 240 x 220 and 6 pillows, linens (duvet covers, sheets, towels, tea towels...) are not provided. Guest access Some free parking is right in front of the chalet. You have the entire accommodation with a plot of land decorated with plants of about 320 m2. Other things to note The chalet is located 1 km from the ocean, you can access it by the bike path or the pedestrian path or with the free shuttle whose stop is just at the entrance of the subdivision. Surf schools offer their service at the beach. The village is 1 km away, where you will find various local shops, a media library and a doctor. The municipal swimming pool, located a few hundred meters from the accommodation, is accessible by a small path through the forest. 2 equestrian centers are about 4 kilometers away. You will find a supermarket 4 kilometers away, which you can access by bike path through the forest. A hypermarket is located about 10 kilometers away in the small town of Soustons. Vieux Boucau and its marine lake and Moliets and its golf course are 5 kilometers away. As the chalet is located in a quiet residential area, respect for the neighborhood is essential. No pets allowed. Housekeeping fees are included in the price, however we thank you for emptying the garbage cans, dishwasher, fridge and leaving the bathroom clean.
