The Property "Artis Accommodations" consists of 3 separate units located in one of the most popular areas of Saranda. Artis studio is a perfect place for any one that likes to be just a breath away from Saranda’s beaches. Near the property you can find supermarkets, beach bar’s and restaurants. The distance to the beach is 80 meters. There are plenty of shops, a bus stop, and bars and restaurants right by the property. The space The 25 m2 studio consists of a recently remodelled kitchen space with dining table, kitchenette with induction stove, small fridge with freezer and all the cooking facilities. The double air conditioned bedroom is offering the comfort of a relaxing stay by the sea. In front of the studio there is a small shared veranda with table and chairs. There is a private entry to the studio. Guest access The entire units are reserved for the guests only, who will have exclusive use of the property and veranda. Other things to note Guests are provided with detailed driving instructions as well as a telephone number available 24/7 for questions or any needs that might arise during their stay in our property.
