Well located, close to Downtown, Dodgers Stadium, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Glendale, Burbank and Pasadena, Atwater Village is a vibrant and friendly LA neighborhood. Parking is pretty easy around our home until 8 PM but you will always find a spot even later. Clean and cozy room with private bath accommodates 3 comfortably on twin beds with a trundle. Located at the house's front area, the suite is quite private, allowing you to come and go without interaction, if you wish so. The space Large bedroom that accommodates 03 in individual twin beds, with a private bathroom, TV, WiFi, comfortable desk and chair, ceiling fan, central AC/Heater and mini fridge. The bedroom door faces the house front door. You can get in and out with no contact with the owners, if desired. Guest access Check in is at 4pm. Please let us know if you need any earlier accommodation, and we'll try our best to match your schedule. There are two front doors, metal screen and wood, to get into the house. Both locks have the same code. We'll provide you the code upon you rental confirmation and eminent arrival. Mu husband Paulo and/or I will most likely welcome and onboard you. The room is locked from inside only. During your stay I am quite available and will be happy and to help guests with their needs throughout their stay. But if you aim to have your own space with minimum interaction, that is fine as well. Other things to note We are an easy American couple born and raised in Brazil, and with a son attending to medical school in NYC. The family also includes our lovely Hazel, a chocolate Labrador, with no access to the suite even when unoccupied. Registration Details HSR23-002710
