Bright, cozy, modernly furnished 2-room apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed, with a private bathroom and an open kitchen/living room. The bedroom can be reached from the large living and dining room. The parking lot is at the house. In the immediate vicinity you will also find a grocery store with a bakery, a restaurant, the train station, a drugstore and a bicycle rental. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The space The apartment is located on the sunny island of Usedom about 800 m from the beach. Guest access Access is via a staircase with its own apartment door. Other things to note Service and services: City Taxes The Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen is subject to visitor's tax. Details on this, as well as the amount of the visitor's tax, can be found on the Karlshagen website under Service/ Kurabgabe/UsedomCard. We ask you to pay the visitor's tax in cash upon arrival. Bed linens and towels: Beds are made and two towels per person are provided. On request, new linen can be provided free of charge for stays of 7 nights or more. The additional change of linen can be done for a fee. Crib: A crib can be provided free of charge upon request, subject to availability. Pets: For the stay of a pet we charge €9.00 per day. The fee for our animal holiday guest is to be paid in cash on site. Internet: Currently, only Internet connections with limited capacity are available on Usedom. For this reason, in the interest of all guests, we ask you to refrain from using streaming services (YouTube, Netflix...).
