Enjoy a stylish experience at this recently built and centrally-located place. We poured our heart into this cozy home with two bedrooms, each with queen beds and individual climate control. Relax in the main space thats great for a meal and a night on the couch or roast some s'mores outside with the gas fire pit. Luxury linens and fluffy towels along with a heated bathroom tile floor will make you want to spend the day relaxing or take our two cruiser bikes out for spin and some fresh air. This property houses two separate vacation rentals that are totally separate from one another. This one ONLY enters from the alley and is ultra private and quiet. At right about 676 sq/ft, the house is on the smaller side but has everything and more that you would expect to find in a larger home. You'll be able to access roughly half of the city lot as the other home is situated at the front and separated by a fence and the structure itself. The house has a small side yard as well as parking for two medium sized vehicles. This is my full time job and I am usually available by phone but prefer to utilize the Airbnb messaging system. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need something. This is one of the original Sheridan neighborhoods. The original late 1800s hospital is across the street and is situated directly across from a city park.This house enters from the alley and thus is very private and safe. We have neighbors to one side that are super awesome although do have a few larger dogs(behind their fence) that occasionally bark. Two parking spots for medium sized vehicles, one paved and one graveled. If your traveling with a trailer or a large vehicle, parking on the street and walking down about 100ft to the property is your best plan. This home ONLY has access from the alley. The address is shared with another home at the front of the property. That house is the "A" house, this is the "B" house. We think we have a great location as we're about a mile from downtown and a half a mile from a interstate. We take pride in our property but can't control the surrounding properties pride in theirs. We have heat pumps in the house as our main source of heat/cool. We also have a electric fireplace in the living area. Located in each bedroom is ceramic wall heater as well. Our system works great until there are multiple days in the minus digits. The wall heaters are for emergency heat only as they do get hot to the touch and only operate for eight hours without needing reset. If they are on and you little ones, please make sure they stay away from them. Also, we’re happy to welcome your furry friend. We do have $30 pet fee per stay that is automatically added in when you indicate your bringing the doggo.
