The space Tucked away off the alley with its own entrance and no shared spaces, this two-bedroom home offers a peaceful, private retreat just minutes from downtown Sheridan. Though compact at 676 sq ft, it’s packed with thoughtful details and high-end touches you’d expect in a much larger space. Inside, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms—one with a softer mattress, one firmer—each with blackout shades, individual climate control, white noise machines, and sleep masks to ensure a restful night. The full kitchen makes cooking easy with a full-size range, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, plus everything from a high-end drip coffee maker (for the coffee nerds), French press, pour-over, and local beans to a blender, crock pot, toaster, and full utensils. The bathroom features a standard tub and shower with heated tile floors and plenty of fresh towels. An open-concept living area includes a small couch, accent chair, and electric fireplace—perfect for movie nights with our Netflix account or a round of Scrabble or cards. We’ve stocked the house with a few local books to help you explore Sheridan like a local. Outside, enjoy a sunny, private side yard with a bench-style seating area around a small gas fire pit and a propane grill for casual outdoor meals. You’ll also have two dedicated parking spaces. We welcome well-behaved dogs (a pet fee applies) and just ask that you respect our quiet neighborhood—no smoking, and please keep things mellow in the early morning and later evening hours. With a style that blends contemporary comfort and vintage Wyoming character, this space was designed to help you unwind, explore, and enjoy your time in Sheridan. Guest access Guests have access to about half of the city lot, with the other home located at the front—separated by a fence and the structure itself for added privacy. You’ll also have a small side yard and off-street parking for two mid-sized vehicles. Other things to note This home is accessed exclusively from the alley. It shares an address with another home at the front of the property—designated as the “A” house. You’ll be staying in the “B” house, which is private and set back for added quiet and privacy. While we take pride in keeping the home well cared for, we can’t always control the look or upkeep of the neighboring properties. The home is heated and cooled with high-efficiency heat pumps, plus an electric fireplace in the living area. Each bedroom also has a ceramic wall heater for backup during extra-cold snaps. These heaters get hot to the touch, so please use them cautiously—especially with little ones. And yes—we’re happy to host your pup! A $35 pet fee is automatically added when you let us know your four-legged friend is joining you.
