The Layout: You will enter Rabun Retreat from the "mudroom," this space has black and white marble-look tile, a desk workspace, daybed and armoire for storing jackets, coats and scarves. As you continue through the home, on the left you will see the gourmet kitchen with 6-burner gas range, soapstone countertops and custom cabinetry. To the right, is the master bedroom and bathroom with an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed, luxury linens and a private ensuite bath with separate marble shower and clawfoot soaking tub, as well as a water closet. This is truly a delightful space. Continuing through the home, you will see a powder room and a dining table for 5 open to a vaulted ceiling living space with linen sectional sofa, gas fireplace and TV. The views from this living room (especially in the winter) are unmatched. Stunning custom sliders open to the covered brick-floor patio with solo stove firepit and firewood for your use.
