This building is very secure with swipe access and CCTV for every level. 1 x Carpark avail on-site $20 a night The space Set within the 5* Prima Pearl Tower residences, this stylish and generously sized one-bedroom apartment with a full scale kitchen is a pleasure to live in. A flat-screen TV with Fetch and a host of program options is at your disposal. A washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities are all there to make for a more convenient stay. Guest access Guests can access the immense amenity on Level 9 including, but not limited to, the indoor pool, Billiard Room, BBQ Area and indoor lounge facilities and can book to have a round on the virtual golf and cinema room (subject to availability). Other things to note There is no self-serve key pick up and drop off for this property. Key pick up is by personal meet and great by your checkin host. Check in times are from 2-6pm Monday - Saturday. Later check in times between 7-9pm can be requested with a late check in fee of $50 (paid by the guest). We can not do a checkin after 10pm. Checkout time is 10am If you need to request a late checkout when we can accommodate there is an extra fee of $50 (up to 12pm) or 50% of the nightly rate after 12pm and before 8pm. Unfortunately bag storage is not something we offer. Southern Cross Station has bag lockers, as well as a service called Mind My Bag which is conveniently located near Southern cross and other locations all around Melbourne. Parking is available within the building. Parking needs to be booked for the total duration of your stay. Please organise and confirm prior to check-in, as there are limited spots. You can come and go as often as you like. Please register all your guests staying as only registered guests are permitted in the apartment and building. *We have a strict "NO PARTY" policy. Any guests that choose to ignore this policy will be evicted on demand and without prior notice. **COVID-19 regulations. As this is ever changing and now a normal part of all our lives, we respect and require you to abide by the current legislative requirements are for COVID-19 administered by the Victorian Health Department. As this is a highly populated residential only building, we do our utmost to limit the spread of infection to other residents. Any isolations that are required MUST be reported to myself or building management. Building management will then further assist you whether that be with deliveries or with what is required to ensure everyone's compliance and safety.
