Farmhouse/Chic townhouse nestled in the heart of Bristol, TN. The neighborhood is centrally located and it is easy to access downtown Bristol (10 mins) or Abingdon, VA (20 mins). I have completely remolded this townhouse so the cabinets, appliances, etc are all new. The design style I was going for is farmhouse/chic. My entire family lives in the area so if you ever need anything we love to show off our little town. Living Room: There is a large couch and 1 chair with an ottoman in this room. I also have a LoveSac in this room that is PERFECT for Sunday naps! The TV is a 55" LG smart TV but like a true millennial I cut the cable and only have pumped up WIFI. The TV has a ROKU and an Apple TV connected for guests to use. This room also contains a record player. Feel free to jam out to a little bit of old and new music but please be mindful of the records. If you don't know how to use the record player please read the instructions carefully. Kitchen: The only note for the kitchen is I will have basic needs that you are welcome to use (Salt, pepper, olive oil, etc). I do use a French Press to make coffee so I will leave instructions for using that but I also have a tea kettle if you'd rather just drink tea. Bedroom 1: This bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and is a full size mattress. This room does not have a TV located inside but has ample of closet space. Bedroom 2: This room is also located on the 2nd floor and has a king size bed in the room. This room has a TV in the room with a Chrome stic so fill free to stream Netflix/ Hulu. Garage: My townhouse has a 2 car garage but the left side of the garage is a laundry room so I suggest only parking 1 car in the garage. Also my townhouse is connected at the garage to my neighbor's house so please do not park past the garage door line. My driveway can hold about 5 cars. Back Porch: On the back porch the townhouse backs up against the woods so it is secluded, but please be mindful of my neighbors. The grill is out on the porch and I have all the utensils in the kitchen to grill whatever you prefer. Please don't move the grill from its area because I would prefer my house not to ignite in flames. haha. Sidenote: There is a 3rd bedroom but it will not be available to guest. It is just my personal storage and there is nothing exciting in there. I think that covers everything. If you have any questions about Bristol or the area I was raised here so I will do my best to help! And if I can't I am a master at (Hidden by Airbnb) . I am around as little or as much as the guest perfers. The neighborhood I live in is very quiet and everyone waves when they drive by, even if they don't know you. So just smile and wave and you'll fit right in. My neighborhood is a great place to walk in because the streets have the mile makers listed but if your wanting to get out of the neighborhood these are a few great parks near by. Steele Creek Park ($2 entrance fee)- Bristol Sugar Hallow (free)- Bristol, VA Wing deer Park (free)-Johnson City State Street Farmers Market (May to October: Saturdays 8 a.m. to Noon. July to September: Wednesdays 2 to 6 p.m.)
