A warm and cozy house. Located in the most special street in the bohemian neighborhood "Florentine" which is entirely decorated with graffiti illustrations by famous artists. you will see the perfect location in the heart of the neighborhood with all the bars, bars and nightlife less than a minute's walk away, but very quiet inside the house. Less than 10 minutes by bicycle to Tel Aviv's wonderful beaches. The house has everything you need to live. A lot of sunlight comes and some work areas. The space The large room has a double bed, the room is wide and large with a make-up stand, a dresser and a work area. The small room in the house where there is a double mattress on the floor. The mattress can be put up and placed on the wall to enjoy the rest of the space in the room. There is also an additional work area in the room.
