Guest suite in Eugene

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry). The space It is a fun, light and pleasant upscale space that is in excellent condition (cared for meticulously), including the furniture. You may never use the kitchen but you will want to! Guest access You are not sharing the space with anyone. It is completely private and stand alone. I will email each guest an entry code for the door the day before arrival. There is a reserved parking space for the studio in the driveway right in front of the unit. Other things to note If you like the studio but need space for more than two people (up to 4) the adjacent house is also on Airbnb and recently remodeled.
