Centrally located and only 8km off the Central Otago Touring Route we are 20mins Naseby, 20mins Ranfurly, 1.5hours to either Oamaru or Dunedin and 2hr drive to Wanaka or Queenstown. Our cottage is the perfect destination to make the most of what the Maniototo has to offer. Walking, biking, fishing and highly reccomeded for Astro Photography. Enjoy a nice relaxing seat on the deck looking out to the beautiful vista and our clear dark night sky that we are lucky enough to call home. The space We are on a working sheep and beef farm. The cottage is located approx 8km on a gravel road but the drive is worth it with stunning views of the mountains and over the Maniototo Plain. Our unit has available homely furnishings, tv with free view, and free wifi, a lovely gas hot water shower, very comfy queen size bed, a kitchen that has all the things needed to cook a nutritious meal or I am able of offer a home cooked meal for $25pp if requested please message me if interested. Guest access The entire cottage is yours to enjoy with the most wonderful views. Other things to note Sun drenched cottage perched up on a bank to take in the beautiful scenery. Plenty to see and do in our wonderful area or take advantage of the quiet and sit and read a novel or two. Books are available in the cottage in case you forget yours. Plenty of walking, head to the river for a dip or try your luck at gold panning. Don’t be afraid to ask and I can point you in the right direction.
