Perfect for family gatherings and get togethers. Highbury House is equipped with an invertor & fast WIFI on a secure property for your comfort. The space Cook up a storm and connect with your people over the kitchen counter in the fully equipped open plan kitchen which leads onto the TV lounge (with smart TV and Netflix) and dining room. From there step into the formal lounge where a glass of red next to a roaring fireplace won’t go amiss in winter. Throw open the large stack back doors to enjoy an inviting patio and deck overlooking the lush gardens and twinkling pool which the kids will love. Four luxurious bedrooms (two ensuite) with high quality linen, block out curtains and fans are clustered together down the passage. The bedroom section which also includes a third communal bathroom can be secured with a remote electric Trellidoor for extra peace of mind. A large rainwater water tank equipped with a comprehensive filtration system ensures constant and purified drinking water throughout the property. Guest access A code will be supplied with your check in instructions, and you will access Highbury House via your own gate and keypad. Our lovely caretaker Mbali will give you house keys, a gate remote and security instructions once you have arrived. Other things to note Our guests have full and exclusive access to the fenced swimming pool at their own risk. Please ask Mbali to assist with the child-proof gate if necessary. There are two other dwellings on the one-acre property which are separated by wooden fences and landscaping. Access here is prohibited unless pre-arranged and we ask our guests to please respect the privacy of the other guests using these areas. Please not this property is not suitable for gatherings and celebrations which could lead to noise and disturbances. While to date we have never experienced security issues, Highbury House has 24-hour armed security response, security lights, electric fence, and full external CCTV camera surveillance. The house is serviced with cleaning daily during the week, however only on pre request and at an additional fee on Saturday and Sunday and public holidays. Please enquire should non week/ work day cleaning be required.
