Split Mountain Rental Home

Our home is spacious and clean with decorated rooms to fit every style! Our home has 2 large gathering spaces to accommodate guests, 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-size kitchen with dining area, fridge, sink, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a deck with a view of the surrounding mountains and is a great place to watch the sunset or stargaze. There is access to a laundry room with washer and dryer, High speed internet, flat screen television with Roku, and plenty of parking space. The space As a fully furnished house, we have the necessary amenities to make anyone’s stay enjoyable. If you need something, please let us know. Guest access This booking includes the use of the whole upper unit of the house. There is a bottom unit of the house that rented separately with different entrance access points and completely separate living spaces. Other things to note Expect to find a supply of linens and toiletries in the bathrooms, and a basic supply of items in the kitchen cupboards. There is an on demand hot water heater, a furnace to heat in the winter and cental air conditioning to keep the space cool in the summer. Guests have access to the thermostat, so please be mindful that if the heating or cooling is on, the doors and windows need to be kept closed in order for the systems to work properly and efficiently. Please note: This is a split-level unit and this listing includes access to the top portion of the home. The bottom portion of the rental is rented separately.
