Our cozy space is along Marcos Hiway, near to some of the best instgramable cafes, like House of Yogurt, PeakCup Coffee, Tan-aw sa Ala, Craft Brewery, Rocky Mountain Cafe and Hoka Brew. It is a quiet get-away for your Family or friends, whether it be for a staycation or a tour of the City of Pines. The space Our place is along Marcos Hiway, thru Sto. Tomas Road (road to Green Valley). Our area is a typical Baguio non-subdivision type which is within a hill. So expect a short path that is steep with a short narrow road, but is still very accessible. Currently, construction at the area is ongoing, hence you'll be passing by constructing roads and developments. On the space: We offer 2 Bedrooms, 1 room is with double-sized double deck + 1 double bed and the 2nd bedroom is with 1 queen-sized bed + double sized pull out bed. There are 2 toilet and bathrooms, both equipped with hot and cold shower, basic toiletries, and towels. You may also freely cook in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with cooking tools, utensils, cutleries, plates, and cups/drinking glass. If you're lazy to cook, you may grab some take out food and reheat in the MIcrowave also provided for your convenience. Relax after your tiring tour at our cozy living room. Our TV is connected via Cignal Cable and internet for Netflix and chill. To help you get up early in time for your tour, we have set-up a coffee nook for you, with free use of the coffee machine with free Cordillera coffee ground beans. A Car Port is also available for 1 unit of vehicle. Note: rental place is at the Ground Level only. Hosts live at the 2L to roof deck which is restricted to guests. Guest access Guests may access the whole unit, except for the 2 storage rooms. Access to the 2nd and 3rd floors is restricted as it is where hosts reside. Other things to note Since we are still not registered in DOT, QTP is not required at the borders. We require though vaccination cards prior to check in to our transient home.
