This place is a little piece of heaven. What you sacrifice for the short drive to get here you will make up for the peace and tranquility that is offered here. Life slows down so you can breathe for the time you will spend at our place. The rolling hills and the wide spread views are calming, to say the least. Very large space to roam. There is an open concept kitchen with the dinning room and living room all visible while cooking so the cook will not miss any of the action. Four bedrooms including the master which includes a master on-suite. Three bedrooms on the other side of the house with one bathroom to share that has a shower tub combo. Double sink so there is plenty of space to get ready even if there are several guests. Granite throughout as well as new vinyl laminate flooring throughout. Two very large living rooms as well as a dining room. We have recently upgraded all but one bed to King size Tempurpedic style mattresses. We have four bedrooms with three king-size beds and one full-size bed. OUTSIDE SECURITY CAMERAS: We have 5 ring cameras 1) Main entry door, 2) one on the porch as you approach the main door, 3) out in the backyard covering the backyard area, 4) monitors our animals in the barn, and 5) that monitors our other listing about 100 feet away. These only record when there is motion. Guest will have access to the entire home, porch and front yard that is surrounded by a chain link fence. We reserve the right to host for guests over the age of 25. Guest will be ask to verify ID. We live just a short distance away although we are available for anyone who might have any immediate needs or questions. On occasion, we may need to stop by the property to grab something we store there or take our horse out for a ride. We don't always have time to let our guests know ahead of time. But it won't be at the house, just on the surrounding property. A short 10 minute drive to Texas Motor Speedway. We are 5 minutes drive to Pecon Square and Harvest Housing development. Denton town Square where there is plenty of social life, food, and entertainment is about away. We are very close to North Texas University, Tanger Outlets , Buckee's and Texas Motor Speedway. Fort Worth and Dallas are about 45 minutes drive, all freeway though. We are also a short drive to several little towns, Justin, Ponder, and Crum. You will need a car to get to our property. We have lots of parking. We ask that you park right outside the door. There is room for 2 cars there and two cars up near the propane tank on the grass. We have horses on the property. We have our caretakers coming to the property to feed and care for them. There should be no interaction with our horses or our caretakers, please. Please DO NOT FEED them ANYTHING it could make them sick and they could die.
