Located on a quiet tree lined road in the woods, and on a peaceful lot overlooking Grass Lake in Mid Michigan's Gladwin. This waterfront cabin is the perfect place to get away and enjoy "Pure Michigan" with all the comforts of home. The morning and evening views are phenomenal! Enjoy the quiet, secluded beauty and serenity of this property. The 900 square foot spacious home also boasts views from the massive 1500 square foot deck, a built in gazebo, and a three season porch with seating. The space A fire pit and chairs outside, with horseshoes, movies, games and a foosball table on the screened in front porch! And, with its fenced yard, it is dog friendly so you won't have to leave your family pet behind. The interior of this home is warm and inviting, with a gas fireplace and lighting along the vaulted log ceilings of the Living Room. A laid back place to settle in and relax. This property is a nature lover's paradise for all seasons. The lake is a no motor lake, and isn't conducive to swimming, although a good spot for kayak and manual paddle boats. Guest access Entire house Other things to note As stated, it is a scenic and laid back lake with not a ton of activity. Lake is NOT conducive to swimming. If you are looking for more lake action one of the other motorized lakes would be better suited. Winter bookings are per usual in Northern Michigan; snow covered roads and drives. As we are not local to the cabin, we do not shovel the walkways or the drive, please be aware if booking in winter, and exercise caution and care. The cabin is about 10 minutes North of the city of Gladwin, off of M-18.
