The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 7 beds, full bath with endless hot water. Stay connected w/ WiFi & Satellite TV. The space Sleeping arrangements - Main Bedroom: 2 Queen Beds. Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed. Bunk Room: Bunk Beds with Full Bed & Twin Bed up top, Bonus Comfortable Cot Bed. Main Room: Pull out Sofa with Queen Bed. Come to party or come to relax, you can do it all in this cozy retreat. Bring the family or gather the friends, you decide, their is sure to be a comfortable bed waiting. Furnished to make your stay comfortable and relaxing, you'll be sure to tell your friends and book again. This newly renovated cottage is nestled on Chute Pond with lake access. Take a walk down to the lake and enjoy the docks or relax the day away on the patio. Make your way to Chute Pond County park for a relaxing swim, THEN... For the adventurous take a leap off "BIG ROCK" or slide down "SLIPPERY ROCK". The Kitchen is furnished with Stove w/ Oven, Microwave, Pots and Pans, Plates & Silverware, Tupperware, a spacious Refrigerator & more. Don't worry we have a coffee maker plugged in and ready for you to brew. The Cottage can keep you connected to modern conveniences with WiFi & Streaming Direct TV -or- unplug and read a book in one of the cozy recliners looking out the window facing Chute Pond. Hunters and Fishermen this is the cabin for you! Connected to several hundred acres of Public National Forest you can take a walk and find game right down the road. Fisherman will enjoy one of the most fertile fishing lakes near Mountain, WI. Whether you fish from shore or from the boat Chute Pond will be produce a successful day. *** Attention Snowmobilers & ATV Riders!!! The trails are right down the corner from this cabin. There is room to park you trucks and trailers unload and zip right down the road and connect with the trails. Riders are only minutes from great bars and eateries by trail. *** List of Amenities: Fully Furnished Kitchen, Towels, Linens, Extra Pillows, Coffee Maker, Microwave, WASHER & DRYER, Iron, Hair Dryer, Various Toiletries in case you forget yours, DVD Collection, WiFi, Streaming Direct TV, Bluetooth Speaker and more... Guest access Guests can use the whole house & property, including dock and fire pit area. Other things to note Dirty Hot Tub Cleaning Fee - $150 - This fee will not be an issue if guests follow easy hot tub rules which include... Please shower before entering hot tub, no child swim diapers, do not dump drinks or liquids into hot tub, limit hot tub to guest count posted by hot tub. This fee will be determined solely by owner & hot tub maintenance staff discretion based upon condition of hot tub after guest departure. Hot Tubs are typically maintain each Friday between 11am - 3pm by staff, they will knock and introduce themselves at front door before checking hot tub.
