Through the main entry you will find the fully appointed gourmet kitchen with counter seating at the kitchen island for 4, a large dining room table in the dining area with seating for 8, and the living room with two leather couches, and access to the large deck with picnic tables, ADK chairs, and a gas grill. Also on this main level are a full bathroom and two bedrooms. Down a flight of stairs is the lower level with 2 additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, washer/dryer room, and a large game room with a futon, TV and vintage pool table. Out the sliding door on the lower level is a concrete patio and a long sloping lawn down to the water. At the water's edge is a firepit, sandy beach, shallow water for swimming, and the long dock at which you can dock your boat or jet ski. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home.
