As featured in Travel & Leisure! Already fully booked for July and August 2024. Drive down the private driveway and find plenty of parking (for 7-10 cars), plus a 2 gar garage. Down a few stairs is the main entry. Through the main entry you will find the fully appointed gourmet kitchen with counter seating at the kitchen island for 4, a large dining room table in the dining area with seating for 8, and the living room with two leather couches, and access to the large deck with picnic tables, ADK chairs, and a gas grill. Also on this main level are a full bathroom and two bedrooms. Down a flight of stairs is the lower level with 2 additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, washer/dryer room, and a large game room with a futon, TV and vintage pool table. Out the sliding door on the lower level is a concrete patio and a long sloping lawn down to the water. At the water's edge is a firepit, sandy beach, shallow water for swimming, and the long dock at which you can dock your boat or jet ski. Guests will have access to the entire home. Our home is located on the south side of Fourth Lake. We are about 3.5 miles from Inlet and 7.5 miles from Old Forge. The property is very private with a line of trees on either side separating us from each neighbor. Bring your boat or rent one from a local marina and tie up at our very long dock. You can take your boat directly from the house to Old Forge or Inlet. We do not provide linens. Please bring your own pillows, sheets, blankets and towels. All trash must be removed from the property upon departure.
