The space 🛏️ Our vibrant 400 sq. ft. private standalone studio offers a queen-sized bed plus two full-size pull-out couches for extra sleeping space. Plenty of extra blankets are stored in the closet for your comfort. 🅿️ You'll have one private gated parking spot right next to the guesthouse, plus free street parking available nearby. 🛁 The full bathroom includes towels, washcloths, a shower/tub combo (great for little ones!), plus the essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc). ☀️ Open the double French doors to a sunny private patio. Your own little outdoor retreat with comfy seating and a gas grill. Though it backs up to an alley, the layout and garden touches make it feel peaceful, cozy, and tucked away. 📺 🛜 Inside, enjoy Netflix on the TV, high-speed WiFi, a desk, and convenient amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig with coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar. ☕ Please note: No cutlery or plates are provided, as there's no kitchen or dishwashing area. However, we are in a large city, not a suburb. While we love LA, it may feel different for guests unfamiliar with urban environments.
